Biography

Joe has practiced in the Branson, Missouri area since 1980. He is a general practitioner but spends much of his practice defending consumers against time share and vacation club organizations.

He also has extensive knowledge in the social security/disability field. Joe was a disability examiner for the State of Missouri for 3 years prior to attending law school.

Along with practicing law, Joe has had experience in business management over the past 45 years and has owned various auto, boat and motorcycle dealerships, restaurants, resorts and is very familiar with auto law.

Joe is a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps from 1965-1967.
Currently he is serving on the United States Selective Service Board.

Biography

Anna has spent most of her career defending consumers against unscrupulous business practices. One such case was argued at the Southern District Court of Appeals, Kirby v. Grand Crowne, 229 S.W.3d 253. Her experience also includes complex multi-party litigation in Federal Court concerning multi-national corporations in alleged misrepresentation and securities violations. She represents clients, mainly the elderly, in misrepresentation and fraudulent transactions regarding timeshare and vacation club sales.

Anna has experience with business transactions from setting up new businesses, ongoing business advice to business sales. She also assists clients with estate planning from simple wills and beneficiary deeds to trusts and administration.

Anna, during law school, clerked for the Law Office of Emily Vandeginste and Moore Hennessy Freeman, PC. She also clerked for Family Court Commissioner, Geoffery Allen, in Jackson County, Missouri.

Anna worked for Westlaw, the top online legal research provider, during her last two years of law school. She was also a research assistant for Professor Robert Klonoff during the summer of 2004.
